This policy explains how M.M.D. Talhi Contracting Est. ("we") handles personal data collected through mtalhi.com. We process personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PDPL).

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site:

• Enquiry and quote forms — your name, mobile number, email address, city, product range of interest and your message.
• Data sheet downloads — your name, mobile number, and optionally your email and company name.

We do not ask for national ID numbers, payment card details or any other sensitive personal data through this website.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry: to prepare a quotation, answer a technical question, send the data sheet you requested, and follow up on that specific enquiry. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking you separately.

Your consent

Every form on this site asks you to confirm you agree to this use before it can be submitted. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us at info@mtalhi.com.

Who can see it

Your details are received by our sales team by email. They may pass through our web hosting provider and our email provider as part of normal delivery. We do not share your details with third parties for their own purposes. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and to meet record-keeping obligations under Saudi law. When a record is no longer needed we delete it.

Your rights under PDPL

You have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access a copy of it, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@mtalhi.com or call +966 56 102 1850. We respond within the period required by the PDPL.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your quote request basket is stored in your own browser using local storage — it stays on your device and is only transmitted if you choose to send the request.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through the forms on this site.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
