Yes. Sika is the range we are an authorised distributor for and it is the bulk of what we move, but a live site needs more than the primary product. Application tools, rollers, spiked shoes, screeding rakes and trowels, backing rod, injection packers and hoses, abrasives, masking tape, thinners and site PPE all go on the same order. Put everything on one enquiry and we will price it together.

Yes. M.M.D. Talhi Contracting Est. is an authorised distributor of Sika® construction chemicals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, trading under Commercial Registration 1010792482 and VAT number 300510627200003. Every product we supply is genuine Sika stock and comes with the manufacturer's own technical data sheet. We are a distributor only and are not otherwise affiliated with Sika AG.

Yes. We hold stock at our Riyadh head office and our Jeddah western branch, and deliver to project sites across all regions of the Kingdom — including Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Jubail, Yanbu, Taif, Abha, Tabuk, Qassim, Hail, Najran and Jazan. Tell us the site location and the date you need the material and we will confirm the delivery window with your quotation.

Include quantities, the site city and your required date. We reply during working hours, Saturday to Thursday.

Yes. We provide the manufacturer's technical data sheets for every product we supply, which is what consultants normally require for a material submittal. Every data sheet in our Sika library is available to download, and we obtain documentation for anything else we supply on request. If your consultant needs anything further, ask us and we will source it.

Yes. Supply is the core of what we do, but we also undertake contracting work, and our team's network across Saudi construction — built over three decades — covers the specialist trades we do not self-perform: waterproofing applicators, industrial flooring crews, concrete repair and structural strengthening teams. Send us the scope rather than a product list and we will come back with the materials, the method and a price for the works. If you already have a contractor appointed, we are equally happy to just supply them.

We are open six days a week, Saturday through Thursday. We are closed on Friday. Outside those hours you can still send an enquiry through this website or message us on WhatsApp, and we will reply on the next working day.
