About us

M.M.D. Talhi Contracting Est. was founded in Riyadh in 2019. We are an authorised distributor of Sika® construction chemicals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Contractors, consultants and subcontractors come to us for genuine Sika products — waterproofing membranes, concrete repair mortars, industrial flooring systems, grouts, anchors, sealants, injection resins, tile adhesives and protective coatings — together with the manufacturer's technical data sheets needed for material submittals.

The same two warehouses also carry the application tools and site consumables that tend to get forgotten until the crew is already on site — rollers and spiked shoes, screeding rakes and trowels, backing rod, injection packers and hoses, abrasives, tapes, thinners and protective equipment. Where a project needs a material outside our own shelves, three decades in this market usually means we know where to get it.

Two locations

Our head office is in Riyadh, in the Al Farooq district. Our western branch operates from Al-Baghdadiyah Al-Gharbiyah in Jeddah. Between the two we supply projects across the Kingdom.

Supply, and what sits behind it

Holding and selling material is the core of the business. But the people behind M.M.D. Talhi have spent roughly three decades in Saudi construction, and that history is the reason customers call us about problems rather than part numbers.

We undertake contracting work, and for scopes we do not self-perform we draw on a network of applicators, specialist subcontractors and testing houses built up over those years. A client can therefore come to us with a leaking structure or a failing floor and leave with a specified system, the materials, and a crew — or with just the materials, if they already have their own contractor. Both are normal here.

How we help

The Sika catalogue is large, and the difference between two similar-sounding products can decide whether a repair lasts. Send us the substrate, the conditions and the specification, and we'll point you to the right product and send the data sheet. If the specification names a product outright, we simply supply it.

M.M.D. Talhi Contracting Est. is registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration number 1010792482, with VAT registration number 300510627200003. We trade six days a week, Saturday through Thursday, and are closed on Friday. Both numbers appear on every quotation and invoice we issue.
