Our story
Supplier and applicator, under one roof
Most construction chemical failures aren't material failures — they're application failures. Talhi was built to close that gap. Founded in Riyadh in 2019 and expanded to Jeddah, we hold genuine, factory-fresh Sika stock in both cities; as a specialist contractor we install those same systems with crews trained to Sika method statements. One company selects the system, supplies it, installs it and warrants it.
Our team works alongside consultants, contractors and facility owners on structural strengthening, concrete repair, roof and underground waterproofing, industrial flooring and joint treatment — with the Kingdom's climate, codes and construction culture as our home ground.
